Описание ошибки
я хочу использовать свою мышь Bluetooth. простой как это. таким образом, я подключил мышь со своим ноутбуком - сначала это хорошо работало, но после нескольких минут это внезапно прекратило работать, и это не запустится до перезагрузки.
таким образом, я перезагрузил свой ноутбук, и в системе запускаются, все хорошо работает, но снова после нескольких минут моя мышь прекращает работать.

Пытаясь использовать мою bluetooth-клавиатуру Logitech K380, у меня были те же проблемы как Soraphis. Удаление TLP от моей системы в конечном счете решило его для меня.
отключение Попытки или удаление TLP, если Вам установили его.
Так как это не может достигнуть hci0:
hciconfig hci0 up
мог добиться цели.
Не уверенный, почему это делало это, но я заставил это работать, не перезапуская путем выполнения bluethoothctl, превращение power off, затем power on (который перестал работать), затем выходя с quit, и попытка power off и power on снова.
user@ubuntu:~$ bluetoothctl
