Внешние мониторы Ubuntu 16.04 черный экран “Could not set the configuration for CRTC”

У меня есть Dell Latitude E5450 с базовым блоком k07a002 и 2 внешних монитора hp v241p.

Все хорошо работало, пока я не обновил ядро до своего тока:

С тех пор, когда я запускаю свой ноутбук, как обычно прямо включено прикрепление, после тоски в я добираюсь

 ERROR : could not set the configuration for CRTC 64

и все мои экраны идут пробел.

Единственным путем у меня есть экранная работа, включает мой ноутбук (без прикрепления), и включение прикрепления уже вошло в человечность. Все хорошо работает этот путь кроме того, если я нажимаю "Win-key + L" для блокировки моей сессии. После этого экраны идут пробел снова.
