Не может инициировать соединение с ph archive.ubuntu.com:80

Я считал приблизительно дюжину sudo apt-get update вопросы и попробованный решения, которые были предложены там. Ни один из них не работал. Я просто установил Lubuntu 15.04 на своем ноутбуке, двойная загрузка это вместе с Windows 8. Когда я работаю sudo apt-get update Я получаю эти ошибки:
