проблема с помощью скалистой вершины с obfsproxy

Я живу в Иране, я должен использовать скалистую вершину с мостами obfs3, таким образом, я делаю ниже задач соответственно:

apt-get install tor torsocks obfsproxy

Я добавляю эти строки в конце/etc/tor/torrc

RunAsDaemon 0
UseBridges 1
Bridge obfs3 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Bridge obfs3 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

затем я делаю следующее:

sudo systemctl start tor
sudo systemctl enable tor

даже когда я опускаю строки, которые я добавил к/etc/tor/torrc, "systemctl результат" скалистой вершины состояния как то же как выше!

Я не могу понять то, что является проблемой, я уверен, что источник проблемы не является прокси obfs3, поскольку я доказываю его выше
