Вы используете Ubuntu Як Yakkety (16.10), который является вне поддержки и EOL (Конец Жизни).
Необходимо обновить до более новой Версии Ubuntu. Поскольку Ubuntu 16.10 Обновит до 17,04, который является также EOL, который необходимо обновить до 17,10.
Можно сделать так путем выполнения sudo do-release-upgrade.
