Очень медленная начальная загрузка и поврежденные элементы на Ubuntu 16.04

Существуют отказы о USB-портах (я использую прикрепление DisplayLink USB 3.0, и это, кажется, связано), Сети скалистой вершины (как отключить его при запуске?), Bluetooth и NetBIOS Samba... Существуют также проблемы с администратором сети. Администратору сети требуется много времени для начальной загрузки, но действительно? Это требует, чтобы Интернет загрузился?
