Я не могу начать обновление с 13.10 до 14.04 [дублировать]

Сначала я побежал sudo apt-get update, а затем попробовал следующие команды, и все они не удалось 6]

sudo do-release-upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
sudo do-release-upgrade -p

Каждая из предыдущих команд напечатала одно и то же сообщение:

Я попробовал sudo apt-get upgrade ... ничего

Я попытался запустить из тире несколько раз ... ничего
