После долгого времени, перемещаясь в Google. Я нашел альтернативный путь путем замены http://archive.ubuntu.com альтернативой repo от https://launchpad.net/ubuntu / + archivemirrors, или мы можем использовать зеркала digitalocean repo по http://mirrors.digitalocean.com
