Grub, двойная загрузка, ошибка: нет таблицы символов. Для продолжения нажмите любую клавишу

Я обновил 18.04 с 16.04, поэтому у меня не было чистой установки. С тех пор у меня появляется эта ошибка (с 2 месяцев):

Каждый раз, когда я загружаю Ubuntu 18.04 после выбора в Grub между Ubuntu и Windows, я получаю следующее сообщение:

Grub2 (v2.00) is installed in the MBR of /dev/sda and looks at sector 1 of 
the same hard drive for core.img. core.img is at this location and looks 
for /boot/grub. It also embeds following components:

sudo grub-install /dev/sda
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot

sudo apt dist-upgrade
