Медленная начальная загрузка и замораживания при запуске

Я использую Ubuntu 18.04 с 4.15.0.29-универсальным ядром. Процесс начальной загрузки занимает много времени, и я заметил стиль шрифтов, изменяющийся при запуске. Я уже попробовал набор вещей на Google, но они ничего не сделали, таким образом, я восстановил к снимку установки сообщения (этот) как ни один из другой решенный моя проблема. (Я использую Сдвиг времени),

P.S. Я пытался сделать некоторую отладку и исследование меня, но я ничего не выяснил после 3 часов.

P.S.S. Это сохранилось на ядре 4.18. (попробованный ради него)

Проблемы исчезли после системного обновления, хотя я ранее обновил систему. Никакое дальнейшее исследование не необходимо.
