Система замораживается случайным образом, ubuntu 18.04 LTS

У меня есть эти случайные замораживания, и я не понимаю, почему, я установил его на твердотельном диске SATA, Kingston A400 480 ГБ. это - журнал человечности.

После плохого катастрофического отказа и Направления с чрезвычайным режимом, я сумел работать "sudo fsck-f" и на монтирую/sda2, и на/sda3, sda3 имел ошибки, которые были разрешены и удивительно, это вышло из чрезвычайной ситуации больше.

  1. У Вас может быть плохой кабель SATA или соединение SATA на задней части диска. Какой диск бренда - это?

  2. У Вас есть много поспешных установленных приложений. Они действительно замедляют вещи, особенно время начальной загрузки.

  3. Откройтесь Disks приложение, выберите свой жесткий диск, перейдите к значку "гамбургера", выберите SMART Data & Tests. Наблюдайте данные, сделайте снимок экрана и поместите их в imgur.com для меня для наблюдения. Затем запустите УМНЫЕ тесты.

  4. Затем позволяет, проверяют Вашу файловую систему...

Для 18,04 или более новый...

  • загрузите к Ubuntu Живой DVD/USB
  • открытый a terminal окно
  • ввести sudo fdisk -l
  • определите/dev/XXXX имя устройства для своей "Файловой системы Linux"
  • ввести sudo fsck -f /dev/XXXX # замена XXXX с числом Вы нашли ранее
  • повторите команду fsck, если были ошибки
  • ввести reboot

Обновление № 1:

Перейдите к https://www.kingston.com/us/support/technical/ssdmanager и загрузите их SSD Manager приложение (требует, чтобы Windows работал), и проверяет Ваше встроенное микропрограммное обеспечение SSD.

Я не уверен, но это могло быть из-за поврежденных секторов.
