У меня была та же ошибка с Попугаем ОС. Я знаю, что мое решение не вполне прилично, но для меня оно работало.
Просто файл редактирования
include/rtmp.h
И не прокомментируйте объявление ieee80211_radiotap_type перечисления.

Ответ Fin Heuer сработал для меня, но мне также нужно отредактировать: include/cfg80211.h
Изменить:
