Как обходное решение, можно использовать --allow-unauthenticated с apt. Выполните команду:
sudo apt update --allow-unauthenticated
Если Вы не хотите использовать --allow-unauthenticated отметьте каждый раз, когда Вы работаете sudo apt update вот решение.
Нажмите Ctrl+Alt+T для открытия терминала.
Введите команду
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list. В этом файле ищите vivaldi репозиторий.Теперь, замените строку:
deb [trusted=yes] https://repo.vivaldi.com/archive/deb/ stable mainТеперь, нажмите Ctrl+X, сопровождаемый y, и затем Войдите, чтобы сохранить файлы.
Наконец, обновите список пакета:
sudo apt update
