Я считал где-нибудь, что установка libssl1.0-dev решит проблему, но это не зафиксировало ее для меня. Совет?

Править: Я следовал за направлениями от GitHub, связанного на веб-сайте NodeJS, который имел меня использующий завихрение и этажерку. Я вернулся свой VM к снимку и попытался просто установить NodeJS и NPM от repos, и это, кажется, хорошо работает. Проблема решила, это кажется.
