Турбо повышение продолжает отключать себя

Кажется, что на моем ноутбуке (Lenovo Ideapad с i5 7200U) Intel Turbo Boost продолжает отключаться каждый раз, когда ЦП является объектом загрузки.

Это не всегда происходит, но даже когда это не происходит (т.е. повышает государственную поддержку, поддерживаемую и активную), частота ЦП не пробежится через 2,50 ГГц, в то время как это должно теоретически превысить на уровне 3,10 ГГц на этом ЦП.
