Рабочий APT не работает: insserv: предупреждение: сценарий 'K20.depend.start' недостающие теги LSB и переопределения

Каждый раз, когда я устанавливаю что-то, что я получаю одну из двух вещей

$ sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop

приведет к

или

$ sudo apt-get install -fy 

приведет к

Я уверен, что те конкретные приложения повреждаются, но я понятия не имею о том, как я должен удалить/заменить/восстановить.
