Проблема для установки fv инструмента

У меня есть этот вид ошибки, когда я пишу fv

Затем я пытаюсь установить его с:

sudo apt-get install fv 

Результаты:

However the following packages replace it:
    ftools-fv

E: Package 'fv' has no installation candidate

Затем я устанавливаю ftools-fv но ничто не изменяется
