Почему Скорость и Неизвестный дуплекс!?

I'am добавляют Сетевую плату (OneConnect 10 ГБ) на человечности 16.04 и показывают команду ethtool, но производят выставочную скорость и неизвестный дуплекс!.

любая идея решает эту проблему.
