Ошибка with индеец-апачи 2.4 and PHP 5.6 with fpm

I have в Vagrant machine with:

• Apache/2.4.10 (Быть должный)
• PHP 5.6 and PHP-FPM.

In some женил I get this ошибка: 500 Интерналь Сервер Ошибка.

And I have this in message in php5-fpm.log

And in the error.log file I have this message:

I have check my php.ini to update the options like this:

max_execution_time = 360
max_input_time = 180
memory_limit = 512M

This is my opcache file configuration:

I have read about the вирус, but I don't find в clear way to solve it, or to know what happened with the app to give back this ошибка.
