гm getting the following ошибка when I try apt-get install openrc

Package openrc is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'openrc' has no installation candidate

гve ran apt-get update приор to running the install command.
