Apache2, отказывающий иногда - получает работу сразу после перезапуска apache2 - почему это происходит?

У меня есть Сервер Ubuntu (Amazon AWS).

Я никогда не встречался ни с какими проблемами с ним, непока это не начало отказывать. (веб-сайт не загружается).

Я думал, что это из-за слишком большого трафика, вводящего сервер, таким образом, я переместился от микро экземпляра до большого экземпляра.

Сервер продолжал отказывать!

Из того, что я понял, что это - проблема с индексами (?), которые я действительно не понимаю, почему внезапно теперь у меня есть проблемы с тем, так как у меня никогда не было никого.
