“VCE, не отвечающий, пытаясь сбросить ECPU”, представленный при начальной загрузке

При начальной загрузке я вижу ошибки ниже. У меня есть ноутбук HP с ЦП AMD. Я могу связать номер модели, если это было бы полезно. Учитывая, что это упоминает Radeon, я предполагаю, что это имеет некоторое отношение к моей встроенной графике и драйверам?
