установка opencv дает ошибке не носившую версию GCC несмотря на использование альтернативы

Я пытаюсь установить opencv 3.1. Я загрузил opencv (https://github.com/Itseez/opencv_contrib/archive/3.1.0.zip) и разархивировал его. Теперь согласно различным учебным руководствам я должен смочь скомпилировать его использование

в другом месте предложено, чтобы эта проблема могла произойти, если бы opencv 4.9 используется для установки этого, но это повредило бы cuda снова. (и сделайте чистыми, или-r сборки комнаты не решил t, он выпускает любого),
