dpkg полностью сломан? Он не распознает корень

Когда я устанавливаю пакет как root:

Аналогичные вещи случаются. Короче говоря, он знает, что я бегу с root, это совершенно странно.

Использует ли dpkg fakeroot или что-то еще? Кто-нибудь знает, как это исправить?
