Как я могу запустить обновление, не получая эта ошибка? Нужно ли каким-то образом удалить этот репозиторий, чтобы получать обновления из него?

Последнее, что я сделал, — это попытался установить SDK dotnet в свою систему:

wget https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/16.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb -O packages-microsoft-prod.deb
sudo dpkg -i packages-microsoft-prod.deb
rm packages-microsoft-prod.deb

Но я не запускал обновление через некоторое время, так что, возможно, это могло быть что-то еще...
