Как исправить проблему с загрузкой при обновлении? [Дубликат]

По какой-то причине каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь обновить терминал, synaptic и менеджер обновлений, я получаю это сообщение об ошибке, и я не могу обновить все необходимые мне данные.
