Масштабирование частоты процессора не работает по назначению на ваниле Ubuntu 16.04

Частота масштабирования процессора на моем ноутбуке (Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-4810MQ CPU @ 2,80 ГГц) не работает должным образом. После первоначальной установки ubuntu 16.04 я не внес изменений в управление питанием или масштабирование частоты процессора. Обычно я привык к правителю ondemand. Однако, кажется, этот губернатор был заменен некоторым pstate thingy и регулятором powersave в более новых ядрах.

Любопытно, что я также наблюдал обратное поведение: машина находилась под большой нагрузкой, но частоты уменьшались до тех пор, пока ок. 20-30 сек. Все ядра достигли ~ 800 МГц. Я проверил cpufreq-info, и конфигурация показалась прекрасной (регулятор мощности, мин / макс. Частота на соответствующих уровнях). К сожалению, я не могу воспроизвести ошибку ...
