Не удается обновить репозитории Ubuntu

В основном проблема заключается в том, что я не могу обновить свой apt-кеш (Ubuntu 14.04). Недавно я изменил страну и с тех пор, как у меня появился этот знак с восклицательным знаком.

Я попытался обновить свой кеш с помощью sudo apt-get update и попытался также изменить сервер-провайдер репозиториев (из настроек-> программного обеспечения и обновления и т. д.). Обратите внимание, что когда я выбираю «найти ближайший сервер», ни один сервер не может быть найден.

Я попытался изменить свой resolv.conf, но он ухудшился, и у меня были некоторые проблемы с моим wlan тоже. [!d2 ]
