Ubuntu Budgie 17.04: apt не работает, вообще
Это новая установка 17.04, но я повторно использую установку /home из прошлых производных Debian.
Каждый пакет, который я пытался установить до сих пор, с ошибкой, которая выглядит примерно так: это:

Я пробовал обычных подозреваемых - autoremove, update и upgrade. Но это не помогло.
