Ubuntu 16.04 Полностью сломанный python3 + dpkg + apt-get!

Может быть, кто-то может помочь мне пройти через этот ад:

Все началось, когда я столкнулся с этой ошибкой: https://askubuntu.com/a/1034266/570817

[ 1111], и я попытался каким-то образом удалить установку ppa:jonathonf/python-3.6, но сначала я сделал это неправильно и просто удалил файлы python3 в /usr/bin/python3*

Затем я пошел дальше с постоянной скоростью прямо в ад, пытаясь -и ошибочные намеки на другие похожие посты, где из некоторых я сейчас выложу полный вывод:

Как я могу исправить мои сломанная установка python3 в моей системе, когда apt-get и dpkg зависят от этого ??
