Очень медленная загрузка в Ubuntu 18.04 [дубликат]

Недавно я перешел с Windows 7 на Ubuntu 18.04 - время загрузки значительно увеличилось. Я не разбираюсь в Linux, нашел несколько команд в сети, и вот их результат:

      3.209s apt-daily-upgrade.service

Мне кажется, что части замедляются. В чем причина этого?

Теперь при загрузке появляется предупреждающее сообщение, я попытаюсь отключить тихую загрузку чтобы увидеть это.
