проблемы с подключением USB3 накопителя

У меня два разных компьютера с одинаковой проблемой.

При подключении внешнего жесткого диска USB3 к передней панели у меня возникает много проблем. Иногда он распознается, но я получаю ошибки при передаче файлов, в других случаях он вообще не распознается.

Если я подключу диск к заднему USB-порту, все будет работать, как и ожидалось (хотя и не со скоростью ракеты).
