apt-get 403 Запрещено

Сегодня я начал новую работу и пытаюсь настроить свой компьютер для работы через их сервер Windows.

Мне удалось установить интернет-соединение через сервер, но теперь я не могу запустить apt-get update, так как получаю ошибку «403 Forbidden».

Это для каждого репо из моего списка источников, кроме переводов (?).

У меня есть прокси в apt.conf, если у меня его нет, я получаю ошибку 407 Permission Denied.

Я могу отсортировать это, изменив все http в sources.list до ftp, но у меня все еще есть проблемы с ppas
