xml2-config отличается от того же файла в системе

Я следовал этой процедуре , чтобы восстановить ранее экспортированный список пакетов в новой системе. В конце процедуры, после sudo apt-get dselect-upgrade -y, я получил это сообщение:

Затем я снова набрал sudo apt-get dselect-upgrade -y. Это ошибка:
