Ваша проблема в том, что Ubuntu (и, следовательно, grub) был установлен в режиме UEFI, а Windows 10 была обновлена ​​с Windows 7 в режиме BIOS.

Обе загрузочные системы несовместимы друг с другом, и теперь вам нужно перейти в настройки BIOS, чтобы выбрать между старым режимом загрузки Win10 и UEFI для Ubuntu.

Если это новая установка, верните систему в режим загрузки BIOS и установите Ubuntu также в режиме BIOS, после чего Windows автоматически появится в grub. : -)
