Невозможность установить какие-либо обновления (проблемы с apport и insserv)

В последнее время обновления не устанавливаются, и когда я пытаюсь выполнить обновление sudo apt-get (очевидно, после обновления), я получаю сообщения об ошибках ниже. Я пытался найти решения в Интернете, но большинство объяснений были слишком техническими.

Мне просто нужен кто-то, кто скажет мне, что делать, так как я не имею ни малейшего представления о кодировании или технических знаниях. Вот весь журнал из терминала:

Это НЕ дубликат Как удалить / установить пакет, который установлен не полностью? Я попробовал решения, предложенные там, но я все еще получил ту же ошибку. Кроме того, этот пост, если он полон сумасшедшего гука. Я НЕ разработчик и понятия не имею о кодировании. Мне просто нужна помощь - отчаянно!

Есть ли способ, как я могу удалить конфигурацию сервера?
