Не может использовать ключи SSH если, выполняя SSH с Sudo

По некоторым причинам я неспособен к SSH с моей машины Ubuntu 15.10 на удаленный сервер с помощью закрытого ключа, если я выполняю ssh без sudo.

Серверная конфигурация прекрасна. Я протестировал закрытый ключ от своей машины Windows и от поля CentOS, и оба могут использовать его.

Если я вставил закрытый ключ ~/.ssh аутентификация перестала работать, и мне предлагают пароль. Однако, если я вставил тот же закрытый ключ /root/.ssh и используйте sudo ssh Я могу соединиться как нормальный.

Работы: sudo ssh user@host.com -vvv

Не работает: ssh user@host.com -vvv

Я действительно замечал, что это в подробном SSH произвело.

Без Sudo: Предложение открытого ключа RSA: /home/matt/.ssh/id_rsa

С Sudo: Попытка закрытого ключа: /root/.ssh/id_rsa

До той строки вывод является тем же.

Используя корень .ssh каталог не является концом света, но это не кажется корректным.

Кто-либо знает, почему это не работает с ssh, вводят корневой каталог моего пользователя?
