У меня проблема с установкой Docker на ubuntu 18.04
Когда я пробую следующие строки, я получаю сообщение об ошибке https из-за отсутствия версии http, а мы стоим за компанией прокси , поэтому он не работает.

Обновите способный индекс пакета
sudo apt-get update
Установите требования для докера
sudo apt-get install \
apt-transport-https \
ca-certificates \
curl \
gnupg-agent \
software-properties-common
Добавьте ключ Докера GPG
curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | sudo apt-key add -

Добавьте репозиторий Докера
sudo add-apt-repository \
"deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu \
$(lsb_release -cs) \
stable"
Затем обновление с Кв.
sudo apt-get update
И теперь можно установить докера с Кв.
sudo apt-get install docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io
