Ubuntu 12.04 не удалось обновить

Ваш прокси-сервер (172.16.63.15:3128) не может быть достигнут. Проверьте, настраивается ли это правильно, или попытайтесь соединиться непосредственно.

Сервер security.ubuntu.com просто не отвечает прямо сейчас. Попробуйте другой сервер.
Переходят к Параметрам настройки системы и нажимают на Software и Updates. На первой вкладке найдите, выпадающее маркировало Download от, и выберите другое местоположение для своих загрузок или Основной Сервер.
я решил его прежде как это.
