Ошибка установки

Я плохо знаком с Linux. Я установил Ubuntu14.04 несколько дней назад. Каждый раз, когда я установил любую программу в Центре программного обеспечения Ubuntu. Это показывает мне сообщение как Package operation failed:The installation or removal of a software package failed .

Что это значит?

Это означает, что программное обеспечение не устанавливало правильно?
