Kubuntu 15.04, очень медленный несмотря на очень высокое использование ЦП для каждой задачи

Кажется, что каждая задача, которая выполняется в моей системе, использует чрезмерную сумму мощности ЦП. Контроль ЦП использует через conky или top, открытие страницы в Firefox или поиске чего-то в Google внезапно пронзает мое использование ЦП к 100%.

То же для редактирования файлов в энергии или открытия PDF. Открытие документа в причинах Okular Xorg, kwin_x11, plasmashell, preload, и okular пронзать к 20%-му использованию ЦП.

Я думал бы мало об этом, но мой компьютер является невыносимо медленным. Я не могу отредактировать текстовые файлы, переместиться по сети или открыть документы без огромного пика нагрузки ЦП. Даже запись этого сообщения в Firefox вызывает 30-50%-е использование ЦП с помощью Firefox и 10%-е использование ЦП через Xorg

Любая справка и идеи очень ценятся.

РЕДАКТИРОВАНИЕ CPUFREQ

Кажется, фиксирует мою жизнь. Вид. Регулятор ondemand и мой компьютер больше не является летаргическим. modprobe и rdmsr команды дали идентичный вывод, только что мой ЦП казался прекрасным, прежде чем и после приостановят. Однако приложения все еще, кажется, используют странно высокий процент использования ЦП.
