Reverting swapping CTRL and CAPS key is not persistent

Adding setxkbdmap -option to .profile did not solve the problem either because something seems to override this setting.

gsettings reset org.gnome.desktop.input-sources xkb-options
и удаляют setxkbdmap - вещь в Вашем .profile
