в моем/etc/apt/sources.list.d/существует 2 файла
docker.list linuxuprising-ubuntu-java-eoan.list
и файл docker.list имеет следующее

и файл linuxuprising-ubuntu-java-eoan.list имеет

в сообщении об ошибке говорится:
...The repository 'https://download.docker.com/linux/eoan Release does not have a Release file.'
у Вас есть исходный файл, /etc/apt/apt.sources.d/dockerlist, который содержит следующую запись:
deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu eoan stable
Посмотрите подобие? Вы ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО знаете, какой источник инициировал то сообщение, в конце концов! И Вы знаете, какой файл, в котором находится источник!

<час>Затем, Вы замечали, что источники включают URL? Давайте на самом деле ПОПРОБУЕМ тот URL в веб-браузере: https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu /
Это поднимает веб-страницу. Если Вы посмотрите под dists/, то Вы будете видеть, что Eoan (19.10) НЕ перечислен. Другими словами, Вы неблагоразумно добавили источник, который не имеет НИКАКИХ пакетов для Вашего выпуска (Eoan/19.10). Поскольку Вы обнаружили, делая, который инициирует предупреждающие сообщения.
Поэтому, что необходимо делать с этим?
Легкий: Удалите источник. Используйте sudo rm на том исходном файле.
Затем работает sudo apt update для обновления базы данных пакета. Всегда выполняйте update, когда Вы добавите, удалите или измените любой источник пакета.
