Ubuntu 12.04: проблема, работающая “склонный - получает обновление”

В то время как попытка обновить ubuntu I стоит перед этой проблемой, не много идеи, как обратиться к этому?

Согласно ответу я выполнил команду, но сталкивающийся с этой проблемой.
