Управление питанием повреждает Bluetooth на KDE

Я использую Ubuntu 16.10 с Единицей и установленный KDE Plasma. Я установил Ubuntu 16.04 (из изображения восстановления Dell моего XPS 13 9360 Developer Edition), обновленный до 16,10 и установил kubuntu-desktop.

На моем экране входа в систему (и sddm и lightdm), работает моя мышь Bluetooth. Но после входа в систему с Плазмой, мое bluetooth-устройство прекращает работать, когда Bluedevil установлен. Апплет Bluetooth говорит, что Bluetooth в режиме офлайн, и флажок отображается серым.

После многих много часов экспериментирования я узнал, что bluedevil является частью проблемы. После sudo apt remove bluedevil и перезагрузка, все хорошо работает (кроме недостающего апплета Bluetooth, конечно).

Как я могу узнать, почему управление питанием уничтожает мое bluetooth-устройство (и зафиксируйте это)?

Обновление: Я установил blueman как альтернативный менеджер, но я узнал, что просто установка blueman 'решает' проблему.

Обновление 2: Blueman только временно решил проблему. Отключение управления питанием решает проблему теперь, но это - просто обходное решение. Все еще ища решение и объяснение, почему эта проблема не происходит на Единице.
