Не удалось установить Apache на Ubuntu 16.04

Привет я не могу установить Apache2 на Ubuntu 16.04. Я должен выполнить PHPUnit на Ubuntu, но я не могу установить PHP, так как Apache не устанавливает на моем ПК. Затем я пытался установить mysql-сервер, но что также я не мог установить таким образом, я пытался установить докера также так, чтобы я мог сделать контейнер и использование этим, но затем докер также не устанавливает. Я также не могу полностью удалить их.

Редактирование после фиксирует упомянутый для удаления Пакетов:

Я смог удалить эти 2 пакета, но даже после этого на Кв. - получают обновление, я получаю это
