Установка наклона с помощью программного обеспечения Ubuntu - “способная транзакция возвратила отказавший выходом результат”

Я использую 17.04 (Чистая установка), и насколько я помню, каждая попытка установить любой sofware-, который она приводит к сбою с тем кодом ошибки.

Я попробовал sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade и проблема сохраняется.

какая-либо идея, почему?
