склонные sudo - добираются, обновление дает 404 ошибки “E: репозиторий 'http://ir.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu ловкий Выпуск' больше не имеет Файл версии”.
Когда я пытаюсь использовать sudo Кв. - получают обновление, это дает мне эти ошибки:

Кажется, что зеркало, которое Вы используете (http://ir.archive.ubuntu.com/), не работает.
Обычно существует зеркало на страну, определенную их ISO двухбуквенный код страны, в Вашем случае ir.
Самый легкий способ решить Вашу проблему состоит в том, чтобы отредактировать Ваш /etc/apt/sources.list и замена http://ir.archive.ubuntu.com/ http://SOME_OTHER_COUNTRY_CODE_HERE.archive.ubuntu.com/
Существуют также другие зеркала человечности, перечисленные здесь с их состоянием.
