Меню GRUB не появляется после установки Ubuntu 16.04 вместе с Windows 10?

Я установил Ubuntu 16.04 вместе с Windows 10 (200 ГБ для Windows и 100 ГБ для Ubuntu). При установке я сделал ошибку, я думаю. Ubuntu загружается прекрасный, и я могу сделать все задачи в Ubuntu, но она загружается, не показывая меню GRUB. Я не хочу устанавливать снова и снова, чтобы заставить двойную загрузку работать. Как я могу заставить GRUB появляться так, чтобы я мог загрузиться в Windows 10, не теряя Ubuntu?

Я не перезапускаю Ubuntu, потому что я не хочу терять Ubuntu теперь.
