Я подключил ТВ к своему ПК через порт HDMI. Каждый раз, когда я включаю свой ПК, я должен измениться в pavucontrol (на вкладке конфигурации) от (HDMI) до (HDMI 3). Я хочу сделать сценарий удара, который может изменить его для меня.

На резюме или перезапуск звуковое устройство находится все еще на HDMI. Для переопределения этой установки скажите Импульсному Аудио никогда не переключать звуковые устройства автоматически:

load-module module-switch-on-port-available

в начале строки для отключения автоматической коммутации портовВместо того, чтобы перезагрузить Вас может использовать pulseaudio -k
перезагружать изменения конфигурации.
